A journey I didn’t expect
If someone had told me years ago that I would become a decluttering coach, I wouldn’t have believed them. I thought I had my career path figured out – until life, experience, and a few unexpected realizations led me to something even more fulfilling.
Decluttering is more than just organizing things – it’s about creating space in your home, your mind, and your life. But how did I get here? Let me take you on my journey.
It all started with a childhood dream
As a child, I was obsessed with Mexican telenovelas (yes, really! 😆). That passion led me to believe I was destined to become a Spanish teacher – and I made it happen!
I loved guiding others, helping them grow, and making an impact. But deep down, something still felt incomplete. I wanted to teach, but I also wanted to do something that connected deeply with my skills and passions.
The unexpected sign that led me to minimalism
It’s funny how life gives us signs when we least expect them.
One day at work, a colleague looked at my near-empty desk and jokingly said:
“It looks like you either have nothing to do… or you just got fired.” 😂
At first, I laughed. But later, another coworker told me:
“Kasia, you’re a minimalist – you just don’t realize it yet.”
That was the first time I really thought about minimalism. Soon after, I was introduced to books like The Power of Less by Leo Babauta, and everything clicked. I realized that decluttering isn’t about organizing – it’s about letting go.
The life shift that changed everything
In 2021, my partner and I decided to make a big change: moving to the Netherlands.
At the same time, I started working with a career coach, which helped me reflect on what truly matters to me. I asked myself:
💡 What kind of work would allow me to use my talents and bring real change into people’s lives?
That’s when decluttering became more than just a personal passion – it became something I wanted to share with others.
The birth of LIG let it go Decluttering by Sierant.ka
In early 2023, I officially registered my business in the Netherlands: LIG let it go Decluttering by Sierant.ka
When the clerk at the registration office asked me what my profession was, I hesitated. What do I call what I do? She looked at me and simply said:
“You’re a decluttering coach.”
And just like that, my career took on a new identity.
Why I work online (and why it’s more effective)
At first, I thought being a decluttering coach meant physically helping people organize their homes. But as I worked more with clients, I realized something important:
✨ People don’t need someone to move things around for them.
✨ They need motivation, clarity, and a solid plan.
✨ True transformation happens in the mind first – then in the home.
That’s why I chose to work online. This approach allows me to help people across the world to declutter not just their spaces, but their lives.
More than just a tidy home
Decluttering isn’t just about having a cleaner home. It’s about transformation.
✔ Less clutter = more focus and peace of mind.
✔ Letting go of stuff = letting go of emotional baggage.
✔ A clear space = a fresh start in life.
I believe that when we release physical clutter, we also free ourselves mentally and emotionally.
Summary
Decluttering changed my life. Now, I help others experience the same freedom that comes from letting go of what no longer serves them.
Whether it’s guiding someone through a major life transition, helping them reclaim their space, or simply showing them that decluttering doesn’t have to be overwhelming, I know I’ve found my purpose.

Hi, this is Kasia!
I help people declutter their spaces, which I do entirely online.
My passion for decluttering was born out of a need to simplify my own life, and now I share it with others to help them feel relief, control, and joy in the space they live in.
I work with clients who feel overwhelmed by too many things and decisions, often putting them off until later. I help them move on and find order where they previously saw chaos.
