ONLINE STORE POLICY

Art. 1 General Information

This Online Store Policy (“Policy”) governs the online sales of services and digital products offered by LET IT GO Decluttering with Kasia through the website www.lig-letitgo.com.

By placing an order via the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.

Art. 2 Services and Products Offered

1. The Online Store offers:

  • Decluttering services delivered online (one-time sessions, programs, workshops).
  • Digital products (such as guides, courses, workbooks) when available.

2. All services are delivered online, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Art. 3 Prices and Payment

1. All prices displayed on the Website are stated in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment is made in advance via the payment methods available on the Website (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
3. The order is considered confirmed only once the payment has been successfully completed.

Art. 4 Right of Withdrawal (Cancellations and Refunds)

1. In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, only consumers (natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without providing any reason.

2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, once performance has begun, provided that the consumer:

– has given explicit prior consent to the immediate performance of the contract, and
– has acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

3. In the case of services, the right of withdrawal shall not apply once the service has been fully performed.
Where performance begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, performance is deemed to begin at the moment of the scheduled session, program start date, or first agreed online interaction, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent.

4. The Seller does not offer physical goods through the Online Store at this time.

5. To exercise the right of withdrawal (where applicable), the consumer must notify the Seller in writing, for example by email sent to [email protected], within the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period. The Seller shall confirm receipt of the withdrawal notification without undue delay.

6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded with business clients acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession.

Art. 5 Delivery of Services and Digital Products

1. Services are delivered online through video calls or other online communication tools as agreed.
2. Digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., via email or download link) after the payment has been confirmed.

Art. 6 Complaints

If you experience any issues with a purchased service or product, you may contact us at [email protected]. We will review your complaint within 14 days and propose a solution. Consumers may also submit complaints via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at the official website of the European Commission.

Art. 7 Limitation of Liability

The services offered aim to provide support and guidance in decluttering. They do not constitute psychological, medical, or legal advice. The seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or consequences of decisions made by the client during or after the decluttering process.

Art. 8 Final Provisions

1. This Policy is governed by Dutch law.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be submitted to the competent courts in The Hague, The Netherlands. This provision does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the consumer’s right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Online Store Policy. Any changes will be published on the Website and will apply only to purchases made after the update.
