This decluttering FAQ covers the most common questions clients ask before starting their sessions.
SERVICE QUESTIONS
Absolutely NOT. You remain in full control: together we decide what stays and what goes. Whether it’s the LET IT GO Decluttering Program, a Decluttering Reset, or a Decluttering Consultation, I guide and support your choices without pressuring you to discard anything you wish to keep.
No worries! This is a judgment-free zone. 🙂 Everything we discuss and any photos you choose to share are treated as confidential and handled in line with my Privacy Policy.
Most services are delivered online.
In-person support is available in selected cases, such as the Declutter VIP Day, depending on location and availability.
For businesses and teams, workshops are available on request – online or on-site. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs.
No tidying or preparation is required.
If you’re joining the LET IT GO Decluttering Program or Declutter VIP Day, you’ll be asked to complete a short online questionnaire beforehand to help tailor our work to your goals.
Yes. I’m not a clinician, but I often support clients with ADHD or ADHD-like traits. Sessions are structured, visual, and focused on reducing overwhelm – always in a shame-free way.
No. My sessions are not psychotherapy or medical treatment. My work focuses on decluttering and practical support around your physical space.
If you’re already in therapy, decluttering work can complement it by bringing more calm and order to your daily environment.
Yes. If you’re interested in a workshop for your team – online or on-site – feel free to reach out. I offer this on request.
If you’re experiencing compulsive hoarding or deeper mental-health challenges, please consult a licensed therapist first.
My services are not a replacement for clinical support. I can support your decluttering journey once you’re ready and appropriately supported.
The Free Discovery Call is part of the process for the LET IT GO Decluttering Program, Decluttering Reset, and Declutter VIP Day.
During the call, we discuss your needs, confirm whether the service is a good fit, and outline next steps – with no obligation to continue.
If you’re booking a Decluttering Consultation, no Free Discovery Call is required and you can book and pay directly.

Scheduling depends on the service you choose.
For a Decluttering Consultation, you can book an available time directly through the booking calendar.
For the LET IT GO Decluttering Program, Decluttering Reset, and Declutter VIP Day, scheduling is discussed during the Free Discovery Call and confirmed afterwards.
While gifting can be a thoughtful gesture, decluttering works best when the recipient is ready for change. If you’re considering a gift, it’s best to discuss the person’s readiness first. I can then provide a tasteful gift voucher and guidance on how to introduce the idea.
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your session in line with the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined in my Terms & Conditions.
Please review them carefully before booking.
The LET IT GO Decluttering Program includes follow-up support as part of the service.
If you need additional help after completing the program and its included follow-up, you can book further support separately.
Clients who have completed the LET IT GO Decluttering Program receive a 10% discount on all future Decluttering Consultations. There is no obligation to continue – support is available if and when you need it.
My support is not the right fit for you if:
– you’re looking for someone to declutter or organize your space for you (this is not a cleaning or organizing service),
– you’re not ready to reflect on your habits or make meaningful changes,
– you only want a quick “wow effect” without working on deeper, long-term change.
This process requires your involvement – but it brings real clarity, relief, and lasting space in your life.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
All prices are listed and charged in EUR.
For Decluttering Consultations, payments are processed via Stripe. If you pay in another currency, your bank or payment provider may automatically convert the amount.
For payments made by bank transfer, the transfer should be sent in EUR.
Yes. I issue VAT-compliant invoices in line with Dutch VAT regulations.
Clients outside the EU receive a standard invoice or receipt.
Decluttering Consultation:
Choose a date and time and pay immediately in EUR via secure Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.
LET IT GO Decluttering Program, Decluttering Reset, and Declutter VIP Day:
Start by booking a Free Discovery Call. After the call, you’ll receive a personalized offer by email. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed in EUR.
By completing the payment, you accept the personalized offer and the Terms & Conditions.
Yes. The LET IT GO Decluttering Program can be paid in two equal installments.
The first installment confirms your participation. The second installment is due after the sixth session, by the deadline specified in the invoice.
Access to remaining sessions requires full payment.
Under EU consumer protection law, consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, business, or profession) generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a contract.
This right does not apply once a service has been fully performed, or where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

PRIVACY QUESTIONS
I store only the personal data necessary to deliver my services effectively. This may include contact details, questionnaire responses, and session-related notes.
Payment processing is handled by external providers. I do not store card or banking details.
For full details on how personal data is processed and protected, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
NO, not without your explicit permission. Any visual materials you provide are used privately to support our sessions. Should I ever wish to share them publicly – for example, on my website or social media – I will always request your written consent in advance.
